Mitchell T. Harper
Knoxville Criminal Defense Lawyer
That’s the question many of my clients have at our free initial consultation. Choosing an attorney to represent you when you have been charged with a criminal offense is an extremely important decision. It can often mean the difference between a clean record and a permanent criminal history. In some cases it can mean the difference between freedom and jail. In all cases you need an experienced, dedicated criminal defense attorney by your side.
Mitchell T. Harper has dedicated his legal career to the practice of criminal law. In 1994, he began his career as a prosecutor in the Knox County District Attorney’s Office. There he prosecuted cases in General Sessions court and conducted jury trials in Criminal Court. In 2005, he opened his own practice, where he has represented citizens accused of everything from speeding tickets to first degree murder. His twenty-three years of criminal law experience and his dedication to pursuing justice, makes him the best choice for representing the citizen accused.
